Water infrastructure work is awarded on prequalification, not persuasion. A PUB officer or main contractor is checking certifications, live contract scope and technical method, in that order, and stops reading once one of them is missing.
Hong Hock Global has worked in Singapore’s water industry since 2013, covering PUB pipe laying and repair, emergency response, civil and road and drainage works, leak detection and mill and patch. We decided to build the site as a prequalification document rather than a brochure. BizSafe Star, BCA-certified engineers and managers, and current contract scope across the eastern and western zones are stated plainly and early, and the Hydra-Stop live-tapping method is given its own explanation because it is a real technical differentiator rather than a marketing line. Emergency response is separated onto its own route, because that reader arrives with a burst main and no patience for navigation.
